These terms apply to your use of the SaathiMart website and app and to every order you place through them. SaathiMart is operated by Sathmart Pvt. Ltd. and delivers groceries and everyday essentials from SaathiMart stores and partner stores. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't place an order.
You create an account with your email address and verify it with a one-time code. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for what happens under your account. Please give us accurate details — especially your delivery address and phone number — so your orders reach you.
SaathiMart may suspend accounts used for fraudulent orders or abuse of promotional offers.
We deliver every day from 7 AM to 11 PM to addresses in Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur. What you see, and how quickly it can reach you, depends on your delivery location — set it before you shop, and we'll tell you if we can't deliver there yet.
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates based on stock and courier availability near you, not a guarantee. Delivery is free on orders over Rs. 500; below that, a small delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
Prices and availability of products may change without notice; if an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we'll contact you before substituting or refunding it.
All prices are in Nepali rupees. Discounts and promotional pricing apply only to eligible items and may be limited per customer or per order. Coupon codes and loyalty points are applied at checkout, on the payment step, where you can also remove them before you pay. A coupon that doesn't apply to your order simply won't be used.
Orders are charged at checkout using your selected payment method. Depending on what's available for your order, you can pay by card, mobile wallet or cash on delivery. If a payment doesn't go through, your order isn't confirmed and you can try again.
You can cancel an order from your Orders page before it's out for delivery. Once it's on its way, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
If an item arrives damaged, expired, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund. Fresh produce and perishables are covered by the same policy — we want every order to be right.
We work with trusted brands and stores so that products are genuine. Product images are for illustration, and pack sizes, packaging and origin may vary between batches. Always check the label for ingredients, allergens and expiry before use.
We take care to get every order right, but to the extent the law allows, SaathiMart isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Nepali consumer law.
We may update these terms as the service grows. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use SaathiMart after a change means you accept the updated terms.
